Its strange seeing the fallout of many of the updates, however my colleague here at Mediacom Ryan Mckay noticed a significant increase in the volume of Dogpile (who you may ask) results coming back in the organic SERPS. For those that remember Dogpile, it is a metasearch powered search engine from Infospace which aggregates results from Google, Bing and Yahoo.
Checking the keyword coverage and share of voice through Searchmetrics – would suggest his initial analysis has some solid grounding

UK Visibility – Searchmetrics for dogpile.com
US Visibility – Searchmetrics for dogpile.com
Given that the recent updates were supposed to get rid of low quality content surely this is a bit of a move in the opposite direction?

Their site was cached <12 hours ago and a spike in visibiltiy – reckon an acquisition/patent buy is on its way. Due diligence?
Strangely enough a fair bit of the visibility is centered around a lot of Craigslist related terms particularly those with local intent. Perhaps more indicative of Venice having an update here than Pengiun/Panda than anything more sinister.
That is a very interesting post…thanks to it I discovered Dogpile – thanks
