Unfortunately due to discussions with both Shaun (Hoboweb) and Dave Naylor I missed the beginning of Jaamit’s session on link building, however he did fortunately put this online. I would however add, that there are a number of important takeaways from here
  • Build your good links as well as your ‘noise’ links
  • Guest posts can be a good way of building effective, high impact links
  • Article distribution isnt that effective these days, try content distribution
  • Building your links quickly doesn’t guarantee success
  • Pan some link building time each month
  • Build deep links – dont focus on your homepage
