Vodafone expose the new age of brand relations





Today through up a great example of the new issues facing public relations organisations in the 21st century. A random tweet from the official Vodafone UK account through up this gem

Whilst many organisations are used to dealing with the dillemas of offline media but there are more and more examples of organisations having to make the transition to online media – and having to make that transition quickly

Its another case of what can happen when social media goes wrong and looking at my Twitter stream at the moment, it looks like it could be a long afternoon for Vodafone
